Dear Parents:
Wondering Wednesday was a spectacular day of connecting and thinking with our Simon Fraser student visitors. We joined Mrs. Sayani's class in the Learning Commons this afternoon and our grade four students had the pleasure of working and designing with a variety of mentors in the maker space. We want to send a shout out to Simon Fraser for arranging this community connection. Here are some photos of the experience.

Speaking of mentors, design thinking and inspiring inventors. We have been reading a series of picture books by Andrea Beaty. They are brilliantly written, she uses rhyme to hook the reader to tell amazing stories about young students who have creative passions, that drive their quest for making important changes in the world.
